Fin Whale Dinner Speaker

This is the first in a series of interesting science and technology dinner speakers planned by SDSEA. These will be free events - you just pay for your dinner.  Get full information on the SDSEA web site home page.

Dr. Eddie Kisfaludy, will present the story of the removal, study, and eventual sinking, of a 67 foot Fin Whale carcass off the San Diego coast. His extensive ocean research background (with Scripps Institution of Oceanography, and now Virgin Oceanic - a new venture by Sir Richard Branson), video clips, and personal stories about this recent event, make for an amazing oceanic adventure story you won't want to miss.
