Many university level professors/ staff help K-12 teachers and students with projects, lessons, and mentoring. Do you know a professor or staff person who has helped you or a colleague to improve your science teaching? Awardees receive a plaque and dinner at the SDSEA Awards Banquet. Science Fair Student
Each year the SDSEA recognizes excellent projects done by 7-12 students at the Greater San Diego Science and Engineering Fair. Criteria for the award-- The SDSEA judges look for the most creative use of simple materials. Awardees receive $50, and plaque, and dinner at the SDSEA Awards Banquet. Their Science Fair teachers/advisors also receive recognition.
